The Board of Directors will be holding a closed Executive session at 6:00 pm prior to the open General session. This meeting is for only the Board of Directors and is not open to owners. Click Here for the Agenda Executive Session Board Meeting will be held to discuss items per ARS 33-1804(A)

Wyyerd fiber is currently installing our fiber to the home network in the Southwest Phoenix area. We plan on starting construction in the Sundance Ranch community in the coming months.
Phoenix requires us to locate all sewer pipes in the neighborhoods and pothole to verify their depth. Some of these are located under driveways and normally Phoenix would require us to break the driveways but they do have a process that would allow us to electronically locate them by scoping the sewer line from the cleanout in front of the home. This requires homeowner consent but we are having a difficult time reaching out to the residents. Click Here for the consent form. Our construction website fiber.events provides a lot of details and answers for residents. We will be mailing letters to all of the residents within the Sundance Ranch neighborhood and they should be receiving them soon. Linked Below is a copy of the letter and door hangers that will be placed on doors before we start inside the community as well as door hangers that will be placed where sidewalk panels may be affected.
