The approved color schemes for Sundance Ranch are located on the Dunn Edwards Color-Ark website below.  To view the approved color schemes please follow the steps provided.

1. Go to http://dunnedwards.com/Homeowners/ExploreColor/ColorTools/ColorArchive.aspx
2. Under the Zip Code box, enter our zip code 85043 and click on the Search box.
3. Select Sundance Ranch from the Select an Association pull down menu box that appears, and the page will refresh with the approved color schemes.
4. Review the available colors and fill out an Architectural Form and submit to the association for approval before painting.
